Download the Windows Version of Oracle's Java Runtime Environment from:
Windows Java Runtime Environment Install

When prompted, save the file to your local machine then choose the option to open
the selected file. This will launch the Java installer.

When prompted for which install type, it suggested to go with the Typical Install.
After this the install will run and when prompted use the Finish button to exit
the install.
Note: You may need to restart the browser for the install to take
depending on the version of the browser that you are running.
