Event Details Window
The Event Details window shows information about a single event selected in the Event
Log. To access the window, right-click an event in the Event Log and select Event Details from the menu.
Click areas in the window for more information.
- Timestamp
- The date and time when the event occurred.
- Acknowledged
- Whether or not the selected event has been acknowledged.
- Type
- The type of information: Event.
- Source
- The IP address of the host that was the source of the event.
- Event Name
- The type of event.
- Client
- The name of the client host machine that triggered the event.
- Severity
- The event's severity.
- Category
- The category of event.
- User
- The name of the user that triggered the event.
- Information
- Information about the event.
- Enterprise
- Not applicable to the Policy Manager Event Log.
- Trap Number
- Not applicable to the Policy Manager Event Log.
- Description
- Not applicable to the Policy Manager Event Log.
- OK Button
- Closes the window.
- Acknowledge/Unacknowledge Button
- Places a check or removes a check in the Acknowledge column in the
Event Log for the selected event.
